Base Dry Rub Recipe

Everybody has their favorite Dry Rub, here is mine.I would encourage people to experiment and create their own personal Rub.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coriander Seed
- 1/4 cup Cumin Seed
- 1/4 cup Celery Seed
- 1/4 cup Hot Paprika
- 1/4 cup Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Mustard Seed
Instructions:
- Lightly toast Coriander and Cumin, separately in a frying pan over low heat.
- Individually grind each ingredient in a spice grinder, I prefer a coarse grind.
- Mix together and store.
- You may alter the ingredients and proportions to suite your taste.
- I leave salt out, adding it to the rub as needed.
