After spending many years as a professional grill chef, I've moved on.
Now I maintained my passion for Charcoal grilling, evenings and weekends.

Although burgers, pulled pork, corn on the cob and beer feature large in BBQ culture, there are many styles and recipes, for any occasion.
I have a love of grilled fish, be that with spicy salsas, smoked, baked in the coals or Japanese style Yakizakana.
Cultural influences have expanded the grills menu choices, Korean Marinated Beef Ribs, Tandoor influenced meats and kebabs, baked tubers all come off the Grill , there are even a number of deserts that adapt well to the Grill.
